Terms of service

IntelliKey: AI Keyboard (com.intellikey.android) is operated by Beijing Frame Technology Co., Ltd (北京帧数科技有限公司). Contact: developer@framex.vip. These terms cover use of our keyboard, account and optional AI services. The Subscription & credit terms apply to purchases and the Privacy policy explains personal data processing.

Basic typing and optional services

Basic keyboard typing does not require a paid subscription or a Google/email account. You may browse plans without signing in. Purchases, cloud balances and restoration require an IntelliKey account. Features and purchases marked unavailable cannot currently be used or purchased; listing a plan does not promise that it is available in every country or app version.

Your account and content

The service is intended for people aged 16 or older who can accept these terms, or have any permission required by local law. Keep your account secure. Do not share passwords or authentication codes with support. You retain your rights in content you provide; you permit processing of that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the features you request, as described in our Privacy policy. Only submit content you are entitled to use, including any personal information about others.

AI features

Where enabled, AI features send the text and instructions you choose to submit to the service and its configured model provider. Ordinary typing is not an instruction to submit text to AI. Review the applicable feature notice before sending. AI can produce inaccurate, inappropriate or non-unique output. Review and edit results before using or sending them. Outputs are not professional medical, legal or financial advice. We do not promise a particular result or unlimited model usage.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access or interference with others. Do not evade usage limits or manipulate purchases or credit records. We may restrict access to address a substantiated security, fraud or legal issue and provide an explanation and an opportunity to contact support where reasonably possible and legally permitted. Any purchase remedies remain subject to applicable law and Google Play rules.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve or change features. We will communicate material changes to paid services or these terms before they take effect where required. Changes do not remove statutory rights or retroactively eliminate purchased entitlements. If a paid service is discontinued, contact support for an appropriate remedy under applicable law and store rules.

Cancellation, deletion and rights

You can stop using the app at any time. Uninstalling or deleting an IntelliKey account does not itself cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel it in Google Play. See our purchase terms for cancellation, credits, restoration and refunds, and our deletion page to request account deletion. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support first if you have a complaint; you retain rights to use applicable consumer dispute procedures and courts.
