Delete your IntelliKey account

What to include

1. Use the subject “IntelliKey account deletion request”.
2. State that you want your IntelliKey account and associated data deleted. To request specific data deletion without closing the account, describe that instead.
3. If you used only guest access or cannot access the login email, tell us; we will help determine a safe way to verify the request.

Never send your Google password, verification codes or authentication tokens.

What happens next

Beijing Frame Technology Co., Ltd (北京帧数科技有限公司) will verify ownership and process the request within 30 days after verification. We delete the IntelliKey Firebase authentication account and associated account records under our control, and initiate applicable deletion with service providers. This deletes your IntelliKey account, not your Google account.

Service-provider backup removal can take longer; Firebase documents up to 180 days for authentication data after deletion is initiated. If a specific legal or security obligation requires retaining records, we will explain the affected data, reason and retention period. Non-identifying aggregate statistics may remain. Installation analytics is not deliberately linked to your login UID; tell us if you also want help requesting deletion of installation-related information.

Signing out or uninstalling alone does not delete your account. Local keyboard settings and learned words can be removed using Android app-storage controls; system dictionaries and backups have separate controls. See our Privacy policy.
