Subscription & credit terms

These terms apply to optional IntelliKey AI purchases from Beijing Frame Technology Co., Ltd (北京帧数科技有限公司) through Google Play. Read them together with our Terms of service and Privacy policy. Purchases are currently disabled while payment and AI delivery are being prepared. These terms apply when the relevant product becomes available; no payment is required for basic typing.

Prices and confirmation

The app displays localized prices received from Google Play. The final amount, currency, applicable tax and billing schedule are displayed by Google Play before you confirm. No trial or introductory discount is offered in these plans. A purchase requires your confirmation in Google Play; signing in, browsing a plan or restoring purchases is not a purchase.

Monthly AI subscriptions

Plus provides AI reply and writing services with an allowance of 2,500 credits for each successfully paid monthly billing period. Pro provides the same services with 6,500 credits per paid monthly period. Subscriptions automatically renew every month at the displayed recurring price until canceled. Payment is charged through your Google Play payment method. Monthly credits are usable during their paid billing period, expire at its end and do not roll over. A credit is a unit of service usage, not a promise of a particular number of generated messages.

Manage or cancel in Google Play subscriptions. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid the next charge. Cancellation normally preserves access to the already paid period until its end, subject to refunds or revocations. Uninstalling, signing out or requesting account deletion does not cancel billing. The app does not currently offer in-app plan upgrades or simultaneous plans; use Google Play to manage the existing plan and choose another after it expires. Payment failures may affect access according to Google Play subscription status.

One-time credit packs

Optional packs contain 150, 300, 500, 750 or 1,000 credits. They are separate one-time purchases with no automatic renewal and no subscription requirement. Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry while your account and the service remain available. They are used for supported IntelliKey AI services, are not money, cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law or an applicable refund remedy.

Usage and balances

Before a paid AI task starts, the service must show its credit charge or maximum reserved charge. Usage depends on the selected task, model, text length and any tools involved; one credit does not mean one unlimited request. Monthly credits are used before top-up credits. The service may reserve credits for a task and release unused reservation amounts afterward. If no usable result is delivered because of a service failure, the reservation must be released or the charge corrected. Report missing credits or incorrect charges to support. We will not open purchases until this accounting is available.

Restoring purchases

Sign in with the same IntelliKey account and use the Google Play account that made the purchase, then tap Restore purchases. We check eligible Play purchases and sync the credit balance already recorded for that IntelliKey account. Restoration does not refill spent or expired credits. One-time purchases that have already been fulfilled are restored from the cloud ledger, not issued again. Pending payments receive credits only after successful payment and server verification. Account deletion may remove access to associated balances; resolve subscriptions and purchases with support before deletion.

Refunds and support

Refund eligibility is governed by applicable consumer law and Google Play policies. Canceling renewal does not automatically refund the current period. You may request a Google Play refund or contact developer@framex.vip with your order ID and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or purchase tokens. Approved refunds, reversed payments and revoked purchases may remove the corresponding unused entitlement or require a balance correction. These terms do not limit mandatory refund rights.
